INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Unwrap the wheel of Brie and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking dish.

  3. Using a sharp knife, score the top rind of the Brie in a crisscross pattern, making shallow cuts about 1/4 inch apart.

  4. Spoon the Eat This Yum Fig Meyer Lemon and Honey Preserve over the top of the Brie, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

  5. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the preserve, covering the entire surface of the Brie.

  6. Drizzle the honey over the top of the nuts and preserve.

  7. Place the baking sheet or dish with the Brie in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is warm and gooey, and the nuts are toasted.

  8. Carefully remove the baked Brie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  9. Serve the baked Brie warm with crackers or sliced baguette for dipping.
