- 1/4 cup Eat This Yum Fig Meyer Lemon and Honey Preserve
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
Unwrap the wheel of Brie and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a baking dish.
-
Using a sharp knife, score the top rind of the Brie in a crisscross pattern, making shallow cuts about 1/4 inch apart.
-
Spoon the Eat This Yum Fig Meyer Lemon and Honey Preserve over the top of the Brie, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
-
Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the preserve, covering the entire surface of the Brie.
-
Drizzle the honey over the top of the nuts and preserve.
-
Place the baking sheet or dish with the Brie in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is warm and gooey, and the nuts are toasted.
-
Carefully remove the baked Brie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
-
Serve the baked Brie warm with crackers or sliced baguette for dipping.
