2 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES

1/2 CUP OF BEEF STOCK

1/4 CUP OF EAT THIS YUM  SEEDLESS BLACKBERRY ROSEMARY JAM

SALT AND PEPPER

INSTRUCTIONS

YIELD 4 SERVINGS

SEASON BOTH SIDES OF DUCK BREASTS WITH SALT AND PEPPER

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375F DEGREES

HEAT OLIVE OIL IN PAN ON MEDIUM HIGH HEAT

SEAR BOTH SIDES OF DUCK BREASTS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE FROM PAN AND PLACE ON SMALL COOKIE SHEET

FINISH IN OVEN UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS. 10 TO 15 MIN FOR MEDIUM RARE.

WHILE DUCK IS IN OVEN, ADD CRUSHED GARLIC TO PAN FOR 30 SECONDS, ADD BEEF STOCK AND EAT THIS YUM SEEDLESS BLACKBERRY ROSEMARY PRESERVE.

BRING TO A BOIL AND CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL REDUCED BY 1/2

WHEN DUCK IS READY LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES. SLICE AND DIVIDE AMONG 4 PLATES. DRIZZLE WITH SAUCE
