12 scallops
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of butter
Salt and Pepper
Season scallops with salt and pepper
Add butter and olive oil to a 12 inch saute pan on medium high heat
Once the fat begins to slightly smoke, gently add scallops
Sear Scallops for 1 minute on each side (or until brown on both sides)
Serve with a dollop (1/2 tbs) of Eat This Yum Bacon Marmalade on top of each scallop
