4 eggs organic pastured raised @blueskyeggs
1/2 cup milk @wholefoods
1 pinch of @maldonsalt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar
1 loaf of @wholefoods brioche bread
1 tbsp butter
1 spoonful of @vermontcreamery Madagascar Vanilla Creme Fraiche (my new favorite!!!)
1 jar of @eatthisyum Strawberry Lemon Lavender Preserve


Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl and blend well. Pour batter into shallow baking dish.

Slice brioche into 1 inch thick slices.

Melt butter in skillet on medium heat.

Dunk brioche into batter — make sure you get both sides. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with a generous dollop of @eatthisyum Strawberry Lemon Lavender Preserve. Top with a spoonful of Creme Fraiche and dust with powdered sugar. Yum!
