2 cups of Khazana Organic Toor Dal
½ diced onion
3 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 carrots sliced into ¼ rounds
1 head of cauliflower cut into small florets
1 cup of sliced baby portobello mushrooms
4 cups of vegetable stock
2 sprigs of thyme
2 tbs of @eatthisyum Balsamic Caramelized Onions
2 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Rinse lentils
Heat olive oil in 4qt pot
Sautee onion and garlic until translucent
Add lentils and vegetable stock in pot
Add thyme
Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until lentils are tender
Add the rest of the vegetables and cook an additional 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender
Serve with rice and top with @eatthisyum Balsamic Caramelized Onions
